Central Organization of Trade Unions (COTU) boss Francis Atwoli has offered to pay school fees For Lekorei Miayan, who asked him for a job.

It all started on twitter when Maiyan comment on Atwoli’s tweet asking for a job so that he can be able to help his parents.

"Hello sir @AtwoliDza. Am Maiyani a maasai boy from Nanyuki. Am 25 years. I come from a humble background. Naomba unisaidie na kazi. I finished my KCSE on 2015 and attained C plain. Kindly nisaidie na kazi ili nisaidie wazazi wangu. Be blessed. 0700366698," wrote Maiyan.

Atwoli who was out of the country at the time said he would look into the matter as soon as he came back.

On Friday, the COTU boss announced that he had kept his promise and Maiyan will be joining college to pursue a course in Plant Operation and driving.

"As promised, I have ensured that @Lekorei1 joins school to secure his future and that of his family. On Monday, he will be starting a new course at Sensei Institute of Technology on Plant Operator together with an additional course in driving. I wish him well in it," said Atwoli.

"Thank You so much sir. Am very happy. Thanks for making a turning point in my life. I wish you success always. God will continue blessing you more. Can't ever forget this on my life," responded Maiyan.
