The Judiciary has announced that it will today August 31 commence a scheduled maintenance on its e-filing system.

In a statement, the Judiciary said the maintenance exercise will commence at 1800 Hours and run up to 0600 hours Wednesday September 1, 2021.

During the exercise, there will be a downtime affecting users seeking services on the Judiciary’s e-platform.

“The purpose of this notice is to inform all court users of the scheduled system maintenance and subsequent downtime on Tuesday 31st August 2021 at 1800Hours to Wednesday 1st September 2021 at 0600 Hours.

 “We regret the ensuing inconveniences and thank you for your patience and continued support,” Judiciary’s statement read in part.


According to the Judiciary, the main of the maintenance exercise is to update new court fees as agreed upon by different stakeholders.

“The new court fees schedule was published on 3rd July 2021. The Judiciary in Collaboration with the LSK Branch Chairs Caucus held a sensitization webinar on the practical Implementation of the newly gazette court fee schedule on Monday, 30th August 2021 at 2:00pm.

“Pursuant thereto, the Judiciary will on Tuesday August 31, 2021 conduct maintenance on the Judiciary E-filing system with an aim of updating the court fees schedule,” Judiciary said in the statement.
