"Raila Odinga was let down & betrayed by people closest to him & those who ran AZIMIO Secretariat. They lied to him they had everything under control. They lied all agents were in place & paid. Now, they are lying about Supreme Court case instead of working on it to be foolproof," he said in a tweet.

The remarks attracted the reaction of Raila's chief agent Saintabao Ole Kanchory who agreed with him that indeed there were blunders made in the polls.

"There's some painful truth to this but for now let's be part of the solution. A time will come when the good, bad and ugly must be told, named & shamed," Kanchory reacted to the tweet.

The revelations sparked mixed reactions among Kenyans.

Dikembe Disembe fired back at Kanchory saying:

"Mr. Presidential Chief Agent, stop the virtue signalling. You are part of that PAINFUL TRUTH. How many county agent coordinators did you have on your speed dial, apart from slay-queening at Bomas? Pathetic."
