The Law Society of Kenya, Nelson Havi, responded to Mike Sonko Expose.

The Law Society of Kenya (LSK) President Nelson Havi has called on Judiciary to act following the damning expose by former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko.

Havi noted that having examined the expose, Judiciary Service Commission (JSC) should initiate the process of removing Judge Juma Said Chitembwe.

"I have examined the exposé by Mike Sonko. The Judiciary took him out of office through subterfuge, and he is determined to go down with it if JSC does not act.

"JSC must initiate the process of removal of the Judge on its own, without any further delay. It is so ordered," Havi commented.

Sonko released a controversial video exposing corrupt judges and senior government officials who conspired to impeach him.

In the five series part titled, 'The Rot in the Kenyan Judiciary,' the video captures a telephone conversation between Amana Saidi Jirani, brother to Honourable Justice Juma Saidi Chitembwe, and Lawyer Cecil Miller on a confession on how to manipulate the system.

The next part is the alleged meeting between Justice Chitembwe and Sonko at Chitembwe's residence. Justice Chitembwe confessed that Sonko's impeachment was wrong.

He confessed to denying Sonko justice and his two colleagues for lack of public participation at the Senate house and Nairobi County Assembly.

In the final part of the trailer, Jirani confesses to plans that lead to Sonko's denial of justice and later confesses to an agreement between him, his brother Justice Chitembwe and an agency.
