Another ally of Deputy President William Ruto is on spot for making remarks that have been deemed as an incitement against the Hindu community in Kenya.
Kericho Senator Aaron Cheruiyot could be next in the line of NCIC investigations following his utterances that Kesse MP Swarup Mishra should not be elected in Uasin Gishu.
The Senator during the Eldoret rally on Saturday, where the DP was blessed and given green light to criss-cross the country in the hunt for votes, spoke in Kalenjin language and allegedly said that Mishra should seek reelection in Punjab, India.
The remarks have now been ranked as incitement and chances of the Senator being put under probe is on the detectives' radar.

This comes even as Meru Senator Mithika Linturi is expected to be arraigned on Monday for his 'madoadoa' remarks.
During the same Eldoret Rally, the Senator urged residents to get rid of madoadoa in a bid to ensure the DP wins the presidency.
The Senator was arrested on Sunday morning at a hotel in Eldoret and taken to Nakuru where he recorded a statement and was later driven to Nairobi for further probe.
After hours of grilling, the Senator was taken back to Nakuru where he was put in custody pending legal procedures.
His remarks in Eldoret has elicited massive debate among Kenyans with a section of leaders accusing him of preaching violence against the communities that are non-Kalenjins.
Leaders allied to the DP have however defended him saying the 'madoadoa' remarks he was talking about was in reference to a six-piece voting pattern.
Senator Mithika on the other hand apologized to Kenyans for her remarks and even defended himself saying he is not a warmonger.
