Devolution Cabinet Secretary (CS) Charles Keter has declared support for deputy president William Ruto's presidential bid.
Speaking in Kericho on Monday, January 10, Keter stated that he had supported Ruto since 2006 and would stick by him to the end.
The CS also stated that he would soon announce the seat he would be vying for under United Democratic Alliance (UDA).
"I have been standing by the deputy president since 2006 and I will stick with him till the end when he becomes president. I am also fully in UDA," he said.

DP Ruto has been campaigning in the Rift valley region since last weekend holding rallies in Uasin Gishu County, Bomet, and Kericho Counties.
At the same time, the DP Cautioned his team to be wary of their words following senator Mithika Linturi's madoadoa remarks that have attracted a backlash.
"We want every inciter in Kenya, whether they belong to UDA or the other side. We want the law to apply equally so that we can secure our nation.
"We are a democratic party. We are a party that believes in the freedom of everybody to choose what side they want to be, who they want to vote for, what party they want to be in. We want to compete on a platform of issues, not ethnicities, on a platform of agendas, not profiling people from other sections of the country," he added.
