Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has raised concerns over failure by a Mt Kenya leader to make it on numerous posters marketing Kenya Kwanza Alliance rallies.

Kenya Kwanza Alliance brings together deputy president William Ruto's UDA party, Musalia Mudavadi's ANC, and Ford Kenya's Moses Wetang'ula.

In a statement on Facebook on Friday, Kuria has urged MPs from the Mt Kenya region to ensure at least one of them is represented on the posters as a principal.

According to Kuria, the absence of the Mt Kenya leader on the posters sends a hopeless signal to their Mt Kenya nation adding that it means the region can no longer produce a national leader.

"Dear beloved colleagues Mithika Linturi, Cecily Mbarire, Alice Wahome, Ndindi Nyoro, Rigathi Gachagua, Kimani Ichungwa, and Susan Kihika.

"When our children see these photos they truly believe our region has reached political menopause and they can no longer look up to us anymore," Kuria said.

The MP appealed to the leaders to insist on being put on the posters so that the region can appear represented in Tangatanga's succession politics permutations.

"It's called subliminal communication. Please insist on tagging EVEN one of you in these photos hata kama ni black & white photo. You can see the Mulembe Nation has not one but two here. Well done Mulembe Nation! I might appear petty but I know what I am saying na mimi SIPANGWINGWI!" he added.

Posters of political rallies about the Kenya Kwanza Alliance have been bearing the images of Mudavadi, Wetang'ula, and Ruto as the main leaders of the camp.

This has raised eyebrows on the position of the rest regions in the arrangements.
