The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has released the 2022 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination timetable, guidelines and instructions.

The examination timetable offers a guide on the specific date and time each paper will be done with instructions offered to both candidates and teachers.

In the timetable, KNEC noted that all first session examination papers will start at exactly 8:00 a.m and no extra time is to be allowed even if there is any discrepancy.

KNEC also instructed supervisors and invigilators to ensure that all candidates have written their names, index numbers and have signed their answer scripts before collecting.

On the other hand, candidates were asked to ensure that they only seat for subjects that they registered for.

The rehearsal day has been scheduled for Friday, February 25, 2022, when candidates will be taking instructions and guidelines about the exams.

The first sit-in KCSE paper will be done on March 14, 2022.
