The court on Monday freed the 16 boda boda riders who had been accused of assaulting a female motorist along Wangari Maathai Road.
Milimani Senior Principal Magistrate Martha Nanzushi released the 16 after the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions said they did find enough evidence to pin them to the offence.
The sixteen had been arrested after a viral video of a female driver being sexually harassed along Wangari Maathai road formerly known as Forest Road.

In an update by the National Police Service (NPS) early this month, five bikes were also impounded in connection with the assault.
The suspects were being detained at the Parklands Police Station in Nairobi.
According to the prosecution, there was no enough evidence to charge and prosecute them of the assault case.
The suspects had spent more than two weeks days in custody pending investigations.
President Uhuru Kenyatta had ordered a crackdown on rogue boda boda operators across the country.
The president had also said that all the boda boda riders were to be registered afresh.
the move was also to weed out the criminals who were using the business as the excuse to execute their wrong doings.
