On Tuesday, Raila's presidential campaign secretariat Dennis Onsarigo told the Star that Raila will attend the event.

“He (Raila) will then be engaged in other activities,” Onsarigo said on phone.

The Azimio La Umoja Movement leader who has taken a two-day break from campaigns is also set to hold rallies in the North Rift over the weekend.

Mzee Kibor died on March 16, after long battle with sickness.

He was also celebrated as the Chairman of Men's conference, an imaginary meeting of men who never take part in Valentine celebrations.
