Suna East MP Junet Mohamed has said that they, together with ODM leader Raila Odinga, were attacked at a burial of prominent Uasin Gishu Farmer Mzee Jackson Kibor.
The burial happened in ZIwa, Soy constituency.
Junet says they were pelted with stones mid-air forcing the to seek alternative safety means.
The MP alleged that the attack left their chopper completely destroyed.
"Today we almost got killed in soy constituency Uasin Gishu County at the Burial of Mzee Jackson Kibor’s burial. Our chopper was completely destroyed and we had to look for alternative means mid-air."

Junet appeared to blame Deputy President William Ruto and Soy MP Caleb Kositany for the incident.
Deputy President was, however, not in the county at the time it happened. He was in Lamu campaigning.
Soy MP was present at the burial and had earlier spoken to the press and said all leaders are welcomed for the final send-off of the prominent farmer.
The incident happened a few hours after Raila was heckled in Iten, Elgeyo Marakwet county.
A group of rowdy youths interrupted his rally forcing him to end his campaign rally prematurely.
The group was chanting Ruto's name.
