NMS has postponed the launch of the Green Park Bus Terminal that was scheduled for tomorrow (Tuesday).

The Nairobi Metropolitan Services (NMS) has postponed the launch of the Green Park Bus Terminal that was scheduled for Tuesday, May 24.

According to a statement on Monday, May 23, NMS said that PSV operators requested for more time before the operationalization.

"NMS wishes to notify the public that the operationalization of the Green Park Bus Terminal that was set to commence on 24th May 2022 has been postponed following a request for time extension by PSV operators. The new date will be duly communicated," NMS said in a statement.

Last week NMS announced that they would kickstart operations at Green Park Bus Terminus on Tuesday.

"Nairobi Metropolitan Services wishes to inform Public Service Vehicle (PSVs) operators and the general public that the Green Park Bus Terminal will commence operations in phase as follows:  Starting 24th May 2022, all PSVs plying Ngong' road and Argwings Kodhek road will pick and drop passengers at the Green Park Bus Terminal.

"Starting 27th May 2022, all PSVs plying Lang'ata road will pick and drop passengers at the Green Park Bus Terminal," NMS had earlier said.
