Embakasi East MP Paul Ongili, popularly known as Babu Owino, now says the chaotic incident that marred DP William Ruto's rally in Jacaranda grounds was stage-managed.
Babu has been at the centre of accusations over the stoning of Ruto's convoy on Sunday.
But in apparent defence over criticism directed at him, Babu now says the DP staged his own attack.
In pictures he shared to demonstrate the allegations, he claimed those who stoned the DP are the same persons seen giving security while making his way out of the Jacaranda grounds.

"Look at these photos keenly. The guys in the same uniform stoned Ruto’s car and at the same time provided security at the same rally. Wacha kutubeba mafala after stage managing your own attack," he said in a Facebook statement on Monday.
The DP on Sunday accused the ODM leader of hiring youths to disrupt his rally, allegations the ODM leader dismissed.
The two leaders were embroiled in a war of words over the chaotic incident even as Raila told the DP to stop looking for sympathy votes.
Raila accused the DP of having a penchant for blaming others for his woes adding that Kenyans will this time not give him sympathy votes.
