ODM leader Raila Odinga has congratulated his deputy Martha Karua for impressively representing the Azimio Coalition in the Deputy Presidential debate.
Martha had a debate session with the UDA deputy Presidential candidate Rigathi Gachagua on Tuesday night.
Gachagua is the running mate of deputy president William Ruto.
Raila lauded her deputy for remaining calm and articulating issues of the coalition in a dignified manner.
"Your poise, mastery of subject matters, and staying calm even when provoked were impressive. I congratulate my able deputy and team member @MarthaKarua," Raila tweeted.

The Deputy Presidential debate offered an opportunity for presidential running mates to highlight their manifesto and agenda to Kenyans.
It also gave them an opportunity to market their bosses and their ideology even as they woo voters to back them.
The presidential debate is scheduled for July 26 at the Catholic University of Eastern Africa (CUEA).
