Nairobi Governor Elect Johnson Sakaja  on Thursday stormed KICC for his swearing-in accompanied by his lovely daughter and two sons.

The sons were dressed in dark grey suit while the daughter had a light pink dress.

Sakaja walked to the swearing in podium holding the hands of the son and daughter as the eldest son walked closely.

They walked with him on the red carpet as people clapped for them and took pictures while walking to their respective seats.

Also present during the swearing-in was President-elect William Ruto.

Ruto while addressing the function said he will work with county governments in delivering development to all Kenyans.

"I want to commit to all our governors that moving forward all the share of revenue will be released on time to make it possible for you to deliver ,” Ruto said.

Ruto said they harmonize resource distribution across the country to ensure there are enough funds for development.

“I want to commit that we will work hard and I have discussed with the Kenya Revenue Authority on how we can raise revenue,”  Ruto said.
