The 22-year-old nurse, who has taken the internet by storm, was captured dancing to a toddler admitted at the Kitale Teaching and Referral Hospital.

Trans Nzoia Governor George Natembeya on Tuesday, November 8, hosted pediatric nurse Elizabeth Robai Lukelesia, who is a student at Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC). 

The 22-year-old nurse, who has taken the internet by storm, was captured entertaining a toddler admitted at the Kitale Teaching and Referral Hospital.

Governor Natembeya commended Elizabeth for her good work and disclosed that he would pay her tuition fees for the remaining period of her studies at KMTC. 

"This evening I hosted paediatric nurse Elizabeth Robai Lukelesia a Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) student who was caught in a viral clip entertaining a recuperating child at Kitale level IV hospital Ward 8.

"I have pledged to offset her tuition fees for the remaining period of her studies, further ensure she gets internship and finally be absorbed to serve as a pediatric nurse. Congratulations Elizabeth Robai your effort and dedication have paid off," Natembeya tweeted.

According to Elizabeth, she has always wanted to be a nurse adding that taking care of the sick is a calling. 

“It is something I always wanted to do. It came from within. Since I was a child l always desired to become a medical practitioner. I desired to take care of the sick, I never thought of any other career… I think it was inborn,” she said.

Elizabeth's reactions have drawn reactions from netizens with many praising her for her kindness.
