The news anchor joined KTN News in June 2018. 

KTN News anchor Brenda Czeda Radido has ended her stint at the Standard Group station after five years.

In a statement on her Facebook platform, the renowned journalist expressed delight for being granted the opportunity to work at KTN News.

Radido also hailed her colleagues and bosses who she worked with at the Mombasa Road-based media house.

“And just like that. My five-year stay at the standard Group KTN News has come to an end. KTN News has built me and made me who l am today the brand Brenda Czeda Radido. KTN News has taken me to places l never thought of nor imagined,” Radido stated.

“She added, “This far l have come it has been God, without him l wouldn't be here and who l am today. Everyone who allowed me to tell their stories on this platform KTN News asanteni sana. To my workmates and bosses thank you for believing in me..oooohhhh my goodness l lack words to describe the great teamwork that we had.”

Radido joined KTN News in June 2018 and presented the daytime news and the Weekend Prime News.

Before joining the Standard Media Group, Radido worked as a news anchor at the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) and a reporter at Ebru TV.

She holds a bachelor's degree in Communications and Media Studies from St Paul’s University.

The Standard Media Group has been losing its top journalists in the recent past. Jimmy Mbogo who anchored business news recently exited the station.

In 2023, Willy Lusige, George Maringa, Ahmed Bahajj, Fred Indimuli, and Sophia Wanuna exited the station.
