Radio Queen Mary Njambi Koikai alias Fyah Mummah Jahmby is back on the airwaves after a 6 year break. She will host Trace na Doba, a reggae show on Trace Radio.

Mary Njambi Koikai popularly known as Fyah Mummah Jahmby is set to return to the airwaves on March 3 after a six-year absence.

The renowned media personality was forced to take a career break after she became ill.

She took to her social media pages to announce her come back to the radio waves, unveiling a new show at a local radio station.

"After 6 years!!!!! 6 long years off air! Guess who's back on air? Queen Fyah Mummah Jahmby!!!" She wrote on her Instagram page.

Njambi will host her new show dubbed Trace na Doba on Trace Radio which will air on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays 8PM to 12PM.

Fans and celebrities alike joined in on welcoming the reggae queen back on air, expressing their anxiety at listening in on her new show.

The reggae queen rose to fame in the early days of her career hosting shows in pioneer urban music radio Metro FM. Later on she moved to Nation Media owned Q FM.

Prior to her break to seek medical treatment, she was a regular guest and host on NTV's The Trend.

Through her very own Street Empire Entertainment company, Koikai organised and held reggae shows across the country.
