Celebrated Kenyan comedian Eric Omondi has told off an upcoming musician who accused him of neglect, despite promising to help him record music at his studio.

The musician who goes by the username MAGBEE 254 made a poster and visited the CBD, where he accused and his team of ignoring his calls and messages, despite promising to help.

“Bado sijapata sponsor. Eric Omondi Studio waliniambia watanisaidia kufanya muziki lakini “wewe uliskia wapi”… Sasa kazi zao ni kuona status zangu. Kamene Goro, Mwalimu Rachael and Maina Kageni I need your help,” his poster read in part.

Reacting to the young man’s appeal, Eric noted that his studio is currently facing several challenges including a court case, adding that the young man should seek help from the government.

“Kwani ni by force... Sisi hata Studio zetu ziko na Kesi Kortini na zilifungwa. Wewe Ambia Serikali ikupatie kazi bwana,” Eric posted.

On the comment section, Eric engaged his fans on the issue, further inquiring about the young man’s Member of Parliament and inviting those that felt he was unfair to the musician to move in and help him instead.

“MP wake ni nani?... Mtu anapiga luku hivi… Tumeni Mpesa kwa hio number wale wanataka kusaidia ,” he said in a series of posts on his Facebook page.
