Gideon Cheruiyot has broken his silence days after news Bomet woman representative Linet Toto's engagement broke.

The first timer in the National Assembly was officially proposed to by her fiance Gideon Kimutai.

Speaking after the news, Gideon Cheruiyot revealed Toto was yet to help her.

Cheruiyot had used his motorbike to help the lawmaker during the pre-election campaigns last year.

While denying that he never date Toto, the boda boda operator divulged that he had not received any help from her.

"Mimi kazi yangu ya kumuingiza bunge Nilimaliza Sasa Ile kitu ata mimi nangojea ni nienjoy maisha yangu pia," he said.
