"As long as we put food on the table. The best part is eating fresh food from kibandaski. Mjengo pia ni kazi tusitishwe!"

Former KTN News anchor Lindah Oguttu has weighed into a report that indicates she has now resorted to working in a mjengo to make ends meet.

In her response to a section of Kenyans who were sharing the report with her, Oguttu asked them to stop.

Though she did not deny or accept the allegations depicted in the story written by a blog, Oguttu explained that she has before hustled soo much on a mean salary and still managed to survive.

She went on to add even if she was working in a Mjengio, that should not be a concern to anyone since it is also a job.

"People, stop sending me this story. I have hawked things in this town.1st salary was 4K, living in Gachie.Najua kuhustle. Assume I work in a mjengo, shida iko wapi?" She posed.

Oguttu left KTN after she landed a job as the head of the secretariat of the Football Kenya Federation.

She was part of the transition committee named by Former CS Amina Mohamed last year though their mandate ended after the suspended FKF under President Nick Mwenda was reinstated by CS Ababu Namwamba.
