"CS Bore needs to get out of my house, latest by Tuesday this week. I will decide whether I will pursue a petition at the Court."

Gatanga MP Edward Muriu has sought the intervention of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua in evicting Cabinet Secretary for Labour Florence Bore from his Karen House at Amara Ridge, it has emerged.

The MP while addressing a media house on Sunday over the house saga said they will have a meeting with Gachagua Monday, June 19, to address the stalemate that seems to get out of hand.

"Kesho niko na mkutano na deputy president ili aitwe aambiwe vile anafanya anaembarass serikali ya Kenya Kwanza," the MP said.

This comes even as Bore said she had entered into an agreement with MP for the sale of the house which saw her pay 10 percent of the total figure which was at Sh90 million.

She accused the MP of reneging on the deal after finding a higher bidder who reportedly offered him Sh120 million.

While reacting to comments to Bore's statement about the saga, Muriu dared the CS to produce any evidence showing that he had a sale agreement with her.

He also dared her to produce any receipt of cash paid to him as the first instalment for the purchase of the house.

Muriu maintained that the CS could have entered the house using unorthodox means.

"Ufunguo wa Nyumba the main door ndio hii niko nayo. Ufunguo wa Kitchen ndio hii niko nayo. Ufunguo wa balcony ndio hii niko nayo. Sasa aliingilia wapi? Kwa hivyo alivunja nyumba na akaingia ndani," he said.
