"President Williams Ruto is probably the most eloquent, greatest orator we have had at the pinnacle of power."

Defence Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale has described President William Ruto as the greatest orator to have ever reached the greatest height of power in the history of Kenya.

This follows his moving speech at the Eiffel Tower, in Paris, France, where he addressed the Global Citizen Concert.

"Inflaming the audience under the historical structure of the Eiffel Tower, Paris, France, with his magical words and superb presentation, President Williams Ruto is probably the most eloquent, greatest orator we have had at the pinnacle of power," he said.

Ruto delivered a moving speech that was met with enthusiasm and cheers among the group that had gathered to listen to him.

The president's speech centred on Climate Change where he pushed for the need to channel resources and efforts towards addressing the crisis.

He pushed for his 'Going Green Movement' movement as a way of mitigating climate change.

"I see the solutions and the future. It requires solidarity, strength, and equity and when I see you I see a great future. We have the necessary technology. What has gone wrong we have it in our power to make it right," Ruto as the crowd cheered him on.

"One that does not pit the West against the East, or the North against the South. We want one that is fair. This is about our people."

The highlight of his speech was characterised by an invitation to the Climate Change summit set to be held in Nairobi.

"We expect you in Nairobi for the Africa Climate Summit. Thank you very much. Asanteni sana. I love you guys," he said.
