"We will support the president and we must support the president," Jalang'o. 

President William Ruto on Tuesday, July 4 met a section of leaders from Luo Nyanza at State House. 

In a statement via Twitter, the Head of State affirmed that he would work with leaders from across the country without reservation. 

"We will work with leaders across the country without reservation or discrimination, regardless of political affiliation, to deliver services to the people. This is what the Constitution demands and what all Kenyans deserve, President Ruto stated.

Among the leaders who were present include; Gideon Ochanda (Bondo), Prof. Tom Ojienda (Kisumu), Caroli Omondi (Suba South), Elisha Odhiambo (Gem), and Mark Nyamita (Uriri). Others were Paul Abuor (Rongo) and Phelix Odiwuor “Jalang’o” (Lang’ata).

On his part, Langata MP Jalang'o affirmed that he would continue working with the President for the benefit of his people. 

"Our resolve to work with William Ruto was not a gimmick. We will support the president and we must support the president. When the president loses we all lose. Ruto is Kenya one. 

"God bless the president and may we work together for our country! Always pray for the president," Jalang'o. said.
