The authority has been doing maintenance works across major roads in the Nairobi CBD for the past few weeks.

On March 29, KeNHA closed the Uhuru Highway between Hotel Boulevard and the University of Nairobi roundabout to allow the construction of a pedestrian tunnel connecting the University of Nairobi Main Campus and the Chiromo Campus.

The section is set to be reopened on Saturday, April 6, 2024.
