The show was taking a break a few months after it started airing with Raburu as the main host.

Willis Raburu has revealed that his Wabebe Experience show that airs on TV47 every Friday evening will not be broadcast until further notice.

He took to X, formerly Twitter, to make the announcement.

Referring to it as 'season break', Raburu said the program would be back on the screens bigger and better.

He implied the break would be for strategising to better the show.

"We would like to announce that Wabebe Experience will be taking a season break. We sincerely thank our viewers for their continued support and enthusiasm. Rest assured, we are working diligently behind the scenes to come back bigger and better than ever! Stay tuned for updates on our return! We love you and appreciate you so much," said Raburu.

Raburu joined TV47 owned by Cape Media Limited in August 2023.

This came months after he quit Royal Media Services (RMS).

He immediately started hosting the Wabebe Experience program every Friday from 10 PM.

The show hosts artistes, such as singers, spoken word masters, dancers, etc., who come on board to showcase their respective works.

Prior to his new show, Raburu hosted the 10 Over 10 Show on Citizen TV where he had set base for over 13 years.
