  • Amazon Web Worker was a scam not affiliated with Amazon. Kenyans were duped to sign up on their website or Playstore but ended up losing millions.

Kenyans from different walks of life are crying after losing millions in a suspected Ponzi scheme dubbed Amazon Web Worker.

Those who have been speaking online claimed that the App was no longer accessible via Google Playstore yet they had invested in it.

The company is in no way affiliated with Amazon but they used their name to debut in Africa where thousands invested their hard-earned cash with promises of making money fast.

What Is Amazon Web Worker

The company debuted in Kenya and many were asked to register via their App of the website which is free before they start making money.

Those who registered then had to subscribe by purchasing one of the packages and complete various tasks to make varying amount of cash daily depending on the package they were on.

"Amazon web Worker is a platform dedicated to help internet entrepreneurs and aspiring internet entrepreneurs succeed. If you are trying to make a living online in any form, then you are an internet entrepreneur, this platform was created to help you," the statement on their playstore reads.
