Self-Confessed Child Serial Killer Detained for 30 days, to Lead DCI in Retrieving Bodies in Kakamega & Kitengela

The self-confessed child serial killer Masten Wanjala Milimu has been detained for 30 days by the Makadara Law Courts.

The 20-year-old will spend his time in remand at Shauri Moyo Police Station where he will be tasked with helping the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) in retrieving the bodies of his victims.

Reports indicate that this could be a cross-country endeavour that could take detectives from Nairobi to Machakos, Kitengela, Mlolongo, and Kakamega.

On Wednesday, Wanjala was arrested in his rented house in Kitengela after the DCI tracked his phone signal after he made contact with the parents of his victims demanding ransom.

The self-confessed serial killer then led the detectives to a thicket near the Kenya School of Government in Kabete where they discovered the decomposing bodies of two minors.

One of the bodies was identified as Junior Musyoka,12, who was reported missing on June 30th.

Masten Wanjala called Musyoka's mother, Felista Wayua, demanding Ksh 50,000 as ransom which she could not raise.

The other body remains unidentified.

Hours later, another body of a boy was found in the same area.

Having killed his first victim as a 16-year-old, Wanjala is thought to have brutally murdered over 10 minors in a 5-year bloodthirsty murder spree across the country.
