Tuju maintained that the alliance is steady adding that differences with a party are usual and therefore, there is no cause for alarm.

The Executive Director of the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance Raphael Tuju has moved with speed to contain the simmering revolt in the Alliance that has been fuelled by a section outfit issuing fresh demands.

This comes after members of the One Kenya Alliance wrote to the Registrar of parties seeking a stop to the registration of the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance immediately until certain issues within the party are ironed out.

The demand threatened the existence of the Azimio coalition that is banking on the support of all parties to ensure that the ODM leader wins the presidency.

Tuju on Tuesday morning held meetings with various secretary generals of parties making up the Azimio La Umoja One Kenya Alliance during which several issues were ironed out and which will be communicated in due course.

Tuju maintained that the alliance is steady adding that differences with a party are usual and therefore, there is no cause for alarm.

He further assured the OKA parties that the agreement deposited at the Registrar of political parties was not changed.

Tuju added that the certified copy will be presented to the public and denied reports that it will be a secret affair.
