President William Ruto's campaign digital strategist Dennis Itumbi has disclosed that every step of their campaigns was handled with precision and given the seriousness it deserves.
In a statement detailing how they prepared Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua for the Deputy Presidential Debate, Itumbi disclosed that they even organized a mock debate to prepare Gachagua for the big day.
He said the debate session even had a lady who impersonated Martha Karua in a bid to test his control of the session.
Itumbi disclosed how the woman was briefed to annoy Gachagua to ensure that he was able to manage his emotions during the day of the debate.
"Hustler Nation worked hard. In between the Campaigns, we practiced for the debates. Nothing was taken for granted," He tweeted.
" We even had a Martha Karua whose brief was to annoy the then DP candidate Rigathi She did her assignment well...she even went barefoot - literally," Itumbi said.
During the Deputy Presidential Debate, Gachagua impressed many who expected his performance to be dismal owing to the social media trends he had undergone.
He carried himself with sobriety and managed the session with unimaginable maturity.
