  • Captain Otoyo will be co-hosting the Milele Drive show from 4-8 pm   

Comedian Kazungu Matano popularly known as Captain Otoyo is back on radion after many months off the airwaves.

Otoyo confirmed that he has now rejoined Milele FM and will be going live on-air starting this Monday, 28 September 2020.

Otoyo will be co-hosting the Milele Drive show from 4-8 pm with Dee Presenter 001 several months after he left the rival station Radio Maisha.

Otoyo had joined Radio  Maisha from Milele FM in April 2018 but a decision to terminate his services was communicated to him on Friday, July 20, by the human resource manager.

He was to pair up with former morning show host Alex Mwakideu who left for Milele FM.

It was argued that Otoyo's role may have been rendered obsolete after Alex Mwakideu left the Mombasa Road-based station for Milele FM.

His return now means Mwakideu shall be his boss at Media Max.
