Former K24 news anchor Betty Kyallo has landed a new radio job. 

Former K24 news anchor Betty Kyallo has landed a new job at NRG Radio after being in the cold for nearly three years.

Betty will now be presenting the NRG Transit show on Thursdays between 3 pm and 7 pm. She will host the show together with MC Jessy and DJ Malaika.  

The news was disclosed by Jessy on his Instagram page saying that the trio will be presenting their first show on Thursday, April 27, 2023. 

Betty has been off the limelight since leaving K24 in May 2020 barely two years since she joined the station.

The media personality has been focusing on her beauty salon 'Flair by Betty' business.

This comes hours After Kamene Goro also announced that she would be returning to NRG Radio and would be hosting the NRG Transit show alongside Shaffie Weru and DJ Pierra Makena on Fridays. 

"Good morning my loves! Shaffie Weru, Pierra Makena; do you think they are ready for this one" she posed.

Kamene left Kiss 100 on January 27 after her contract with the Radio Africa Group lapsed. Shaffie on the other hand has been out of radio since 2022 after he was fired by Homeboyz radio over making controversial remarks.
