Mathira Member of Parliament Eric Wamumbi wedded his colleague and Muranga Woman Representative Betty Maina on November 18.

The two met during the campaign trail and fell in love immediately. Their love was further brewed in parliament.

In November, they walked down the aisle sealing their union.

The love between the two was brewed inside Parliament resulting in the marriage.

Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua was the lead dowry negotiator.

Linet Toto and Kimutai

Bomet Woman Representative seat, Linet Chepkorir famously known as Toto tied the knot on February 14, on Valentine's Day.

Toto said yes to Godfrey Kimutai in a private ceremony at the Sarova Panafric Hotel in Nairobi.

"The ceremony was private, and she said yes. The two have been in a relationship for a while and this culminated in the engagement," their close family friend revealed.

The Woman Representative later shared images of the engagement, confirming that she was officially off the market.

Citizen TV senior reporter Hassan Mugambi, tied the knot, on Friday, June 9, in a colourful Islamic ceremony.

Mugambi got married to Mwanaidi Shishi in a ceremony that family and close friends attended.

The ceremony took place at Makina Mosque in Kibra, Nairobi.

South Mugirango member of parliament, Sylvanos Osoro, graced the wedding.

Following Mugambi's wedding, his fellow anchor Ayub Abdikadir wedded his longtime lover Dil Hassan Ali, at a lavish event held at a hotel along Mombasa Road in September.

The invite-only wedding was high profile as it was graced by his colleagues and MP Osoro.

The journalist joined Citizen TV at the height of the 2022 General Election where he joined from K24.

Businesswoman Esther Akoth famously known as Akothee also tied a knot in a colourful ceremony in Nairobi.
