After a protracted divorce case in the corridors of justice, Uasin Gishu Woman Rep Gladys Boss Shollei and her ex-husband Sam Shollei did not take long before they unveiled their new catches. 

While it is known that Mr. Shollei married Faith Ronoh, who he met while working as the CEO of the Standard Media Group, less has been told about the Uasin Gishu Woman Rep's mzungu lover.

When pictures of MP Shollei and her mzungu lover emerged on social media, several conjectures built up in attempts to unravel the whereabouts of the man.

Nairobi Leo in efforts to unravel the puzzle combed through several pieces of information and finally managed to unmask MP Shollei's lover.

The Caucasian man is identified by name as Neil Horn.

Horn is a Specialist Psychiatrist based in South Africa. His office is located at 46 Roeland Square in Cape Town's CBD.

He has served as a psychiatrist in Cape Town for more than a decade after having established his operations there in 2004.

Before settling there, he trained and worked in psychiatry in the United Kingdom for 10 years.

"My experience is that the vast majority of people with mental health problems make a good or excellent recovery with the correct psychological and medical treatment," reads in part a statement about him on his website.

Horn has also held several appointments at the Department of Health at the University of Cape Town and while practicing in private.

Horn specializes in assessing and treating Anxiety, Depression and Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, and complex, treatment-resistant or medico-legal problems.

He also writes and lectures about the clinical and neuroscience aspects of Mental Health and Psychiatric Disorders to Primary Care Practitioners and Psychiatrists.

Horn married Mrs. Shollei on December 12, 2020, 12 months after she divorced her husband.

The ceremony was private, so much so, that one photographer is said to have been the only one authorised to take photos.

Their nuptials came months after Mr Shollei had married Ms Ronoh on January 10, 2020, just a few days after their divorce was sealed.
