A car overturned at the Likoni channel on Wednesday afternoon barely hours after another trailer lost control while boarding MV Kilindini ferry on the mainland side and plunged into the ocean.
The driver stated that he lost control and while avoiding plunging into the ocean, he ended up hitting another person who was rushed to the hospital
This comes barely hours after another trailer on Wednesday morning slid into the ocean.

“At 4:15 am a loaded truck Reg. TZ548 while boarding MV kilindini from mainland side lost control after hitting the ferry’s prow causing the truck plunge into the sea. The truck had one occupant who escaped unhurt,” a statement from Kenya Ferry read.
