TSC Advertises 757 Job Opportunities; How to Apply

The Teachers Service Commission has advertised 757 positions for qualified Kenyans to apply. 

TSC CEO Nancy Macharia in a notice revealed that 92 of the position are for Principal Teacher Management Officers (PTMO). 

Among the qualifications listed for the Job is officer having served satisfactorily as a Curriculum Support Officer for a minimum period of three years. 

The applicant should also have a certificate in computer application skills.

Macharia said candidates who will be successful in the interviews will be required to present valid documents of Chapter 6 of the Constitution before they are considered for appointment.

"During the interview, candidates will be required to produce original documents such as; National Identity Card, academic and professional certificates, appointment and designation letter to the current grade," the notice read.

The job advert also had 84 vacant positions for Curriculum Support Officer I, 286 Curriculum Support Officer II and 295 Curriculum Support Officer II Special Needs Education (CSO SNE).

"Candidates must have served as Curriculum Support Officer in TSC scale 10 for a minimum period of three years," the notice added.

They should also have a master’s degree in education or special education from a recognised institution.

In addition, they should have attended a management course lasting not less than 2 weeks.
