According to reliable sources, the DJ is said to have taken rat poison on Wednesday evening while at Capital FM offices.

The deceased after taking poised walked back to the offices where he collapsed. His colleagues attempted to resuscitate him to no avail.

He was rushed to the Nairobi Hospital where he breathed his last while receiving treatment.

The tragedy happened at Lonroh House in the Central Business District.

The DJ also left behind a suicide note.

The Star reports that the DJ texted his family members that he is gone. This is after he had deleted his social media handles.

The investigating officers are said to have visited the scene where they too pieces of evidence including the poison and the suicide note for further probe.

Kilimani head of police Muturi Mbogo said the DJ was confirmed dead on arrival.

“We understand that he swallowed poison in his office after a series of events,” Mbogo told the Star.

Colleagues at work linked the suicide move to family wrangles.
