Banker Mohamed Wehliye has told off Lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi, accusing him of being a threat to ex-Citizen TV news anchor Hussein Mohamed's job as Deputy President William Ruto's Head of Communication.

In a heated Twitter exchange, Wehliye accused Ahmednasir who is a die-hard support of DP Ruto of threatening Hussein's job yet he still denies it.

He went on to say that he would not allow the lawyer to mislead the people of North Eastern Province by spreading lies.

"At least mimi na Prof, our stand is very clear. Wewe you are a threat to to our brother Hussein Mohamed's job yet you deny. We don't mind you helping trend fake UDA crowds but when it comes to NEP, we will not allow you to spread lies. We are watching you. Bure kabisa!," said Wehliye.

His words were in response to a tweet by the lawyer, accusing him of being a misinformer and illiterate on issue of constitution making in Kenya.

"...another gem from the chief online misinformer!

Your illiteracy on constitutional making process & the historic genesis of Khadi courts is mind-boggling. Apart from the Catholic Church, Kenyans all along had consensus on the place of khadi courts...& was captured in all DRAFTS," Ahmednasir had said in a tweet.

The heated exchange between the two friends started when the lawyer in a tweet said that the needs of the people of North Eastern were not in line with Raila Odinga's political goals.

"The history and even the current needs of Northern Kenya are not in sync with the political goals of Hon Raila. The earlier our leaders appreciate the peculiarities of the North & her people the better. Raila and his bbi agenda are the very antithesis of the North's aspirations!"

Wehliye then responded saying, "Ruto's history with Muslims is a bigger problem for the pple of NEP & you know it. They know who said NO to a new constitution because of the Kadhi's courts. They know who stood up for them. For our pple, religious freedom is far more important than a few more seats. So, sit down."
