The child pornography syndicate, according to the officer investigating the case, involves an international network that collaborates with rogue house-helps to assault young children and film the act.

Wakesho was apprehended by police after the victim's mother received a video of the act from a foreign mobile number, prompting her to notify authorities.

The young woman confessed in court that her life took a dramatic turn after accepting a friend request from a stranger on Facebook.

Wakesho was then directed to a Facebook page where people post naked photos and videos. She was sentenced to an additional ten years in prison for filming the act. She will serve her time at Shimo La Tewa Women's Prison.
