The actor revealed that his economic fortunes nosedived after their show was called off after the Covid-19 pandemic hit the country.

The famous actor of The Real Househelps of Kwangware Onyi is now broke.

The Actor has also revealed that he is homeless and has asked Kenyans to come to his aid and salvage the situation.

Speaking to an online TV, Mzuka Kibao, the actor revealed that his economic fortunes nosedived after their show was called off after the Covid-19 pandemic hit the country.

The actor narrated his ordeal in the emotional interview that saw him shade tears even as he revealed that he facing a challenging moment.

“The coronavirus put us in a hard place. Since the pandemic started, work has stopped, and we are not doing anything since then. I love work, but where is that job right now?” he said.

The actor says he was forced to move out of his rented house in Umoja and sought refuge at his sister's rentals in Syokimau where he has been residing.

"I went from hero to zero. My current job is home management and street survey," he said.

Onyi revealed that he is a father of five who he sired with three women.

His baby mama, he said, have abandoned him as struggles to live.

His wife who together they have two kids left him when things went south.

“I have two kids with my wife who moved with them to Kisii where she works as a nurse. I have two other kids with my baby mama in Sweden, and the last child resides with the mother in the US.”

The actor admitted to being a spendthrift, something he said has taught him tough lessons.

He denied reports that he is an alcoholic.

He revealed that though he is in contact with his former cast members, there is nothing they can do to save him.

Apart from acting in the Real House of Kawangware, Onyi was also featured in Hapa Kule News and Churchill Show.
