Kenyan singer Nyota Ndogo is pleading with her husband to get back with her after he went silent on her over an April Fools' Day prank.
The singer has been posting on social media asking her Danish husband Henning Nielsen to forgive her adding that she is with him for love and not money.
Nyota Ndogo revealed that she is capable of paying for her own bills and only wanted love from her Mzungu husband.
She revealed that she will die single if he does not get back to her. The Nibebe songstress revealed that her husband has been reading her messages and ignoring her.
"Plzz come back to me. mimi hata sio pesa nalilia love. Nilikua na act don't care couse nakula nalala vizuri najilipia bills zangu mwenyewe but one thing nakosa from you ni love," Nyota said.
"Kumbe pesa sio kila kitu muimu kupata mtu unaempenda na wewe kwako nimefika mwisho yani kama hurudi ntajifia single," she continued.
The singer revealed that she pranked Nielsen that she was pregnant and he went silent on her from April 1, 2021.
"Yani nilimwambia nipo na mimba akakata simu toka tarehe moja mpaka Leo. Amenibluetik mpaka mwisho nimekula block. April fools imenikosti. Naenda maliza mwezi sijaskia sauti yake," she said.
Earlier this year Nyota Ndogo said that they had ruled out any possibility of having a child after five years of marriage.
In a post, she appeared to suggest that her husband Nielsen, who is in his mid-70s, had undergone a vasectomy hence there was no chance of them having a child of their own.
“Mume wangu alikataa tuongeze mtoto. Alisema amekua mtu mzima na yupo na wajukuu na akiweka watoto wake watatu na wangu wawili tupo na watano so plzz acheni kuniambia mambo ya kuzaa ama nimzalie ama wengine kuniambia hooo hutaki kumzalia kwakua nimzee,” Nyota said.
“At list jibu munalo. Naaa munajua kama wazungu hawataki kuzaa ufanya nini sio? Haya basi,” she explained.
