Esther's body was found on Monday stashed in a nylon sack and put in a briefcase with a message written on the body ''Bwana ya mtu ni sumu." 

The woman who was killed and her mutilated body dumped outside the General Service Unit (GSU) Recce squad base in Ruiru, Kiambu County has been identified as Esther Wambui. 

The family was taken to the mortuary after filing a missing person's report at Juja police station where they confirmed her identity. 

According to police and family, the 18-year-old worked at a local eatery in Ruiru.  

The boyfriend, Joseph Ngigi, told police they both lived in a single room in Ruiru and hailed from Nakuru County.

Police suspect the woman was killed elsewhere and dumped alongside the perimeter wall of the highly guarded GSU Recce squad station.

A police report read, " Police officers visited the scene and confirmed that there was a body of an unknown African female adult in her early twenties which had been stashed in a nylon sack and put in a black suitcase," the police report read.

It added, "The body had a visible deep cut on the left breast. She had ink writings on the chest, both palms and both thighs which read Bwana ya mtu ni sumu."
