Jubilee Party Secretary General Jeremiah Kioni has claimed that President William Ruto will soon do away with his deputy Rigathi Gachagua.

Jubilee Party Secretary General Jeremiah Kioni has claimed that President William Ruto no longer respects his deputy Rigathi Gachagua.

While addressing the media on Tuesday, January 10 in Nyahururu, Nakuru County the former Member of Parliament opined that President Ruto will soon do away with Gachagua over what he termed as a ‘loose’ mouth.

“For Gachagua, the die is cast, and William is done with you, if he had any respect for you, he would not be moving you from one office to another, he would not be using you as the cannon because your mouth has a loose cannon,” Kioni stated.

The former Ndaragwa legislator told DP Gachagua to leave the Mt Kenya region alone in his downfall.

“As you go down, leave the Kikuyu community alone, don’t go down with it,” said Kioni.

His remarks come a day after President Ruto reorganized his administration through an executive order.

The Head of State on Monday, January 9 assigned DP Gachagua to take charge of the coffee sector reforms and to head the Nairobi Rivers Commission.

Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi on the other hand was been assigned to assist the President and the Deputy President in the coordination and supervision of Government Ministries and State Departments.

The former ANC leader was also put in charge of the formulation and execution of government development programmes.
