Maanzo said they have already filed an online petition which he said is the most important.

Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance leader Raila Odinga has filed a petition challenging IEBC declaration of William Ruto as President-elect.

The Azimio leader filed the petition on Monday as confirmed by one of his lawyer Dan Maanzo.

Maanzo said they have filed an online copy of the petition and that submitting printed copies of the petition was the only pending task.

"The presidential petition is ready. The online version is ready and has been successfully been filed and is already within the court precincts. Now we are going to file a physical one. We are aware of the legal timelines of 2pm and we are therefore going to do so by that time as required by the law," Maanzo said.

"We are going to present the physical copy so that is filed and stamped. The payment  which is online and the online copy, which is the most important, is already with the court."

Maanzo exuded that they have a water tight case which will see the IEBC declaration quashed in favor of Raila.

By the time of going to the press, Lawyer James Orengo had arrived at Nairobi club to join team Azimio as they prepare to leave for the Supreme Court to file the physical copy.

Azimio supporters had gathered at the Supreme Court dancing outside the court as they wait for the filing of the presidential election petition.
